School days, School Days, Good ole Golden Rule Days!

Wow, Summer is over at our house. We have drained the pool, decided it was time to finish some of the spring yard work and where to go on our "camping trip".
Brandon started school on Monday, the 20th. He is now in 3rd grade and loves it. He thinks he knows EVERYTHING now, not just everything, but EVERYTHING. He loves his teacher, she is old, probably about "grandmas age". There are 2 new girls in his class and they chase him all over at recess, he is once again the "Tether ball King". I know there is more, but I will stop there.

Kyra leaves for 1st week this coming Monday, they will be in McCall at Quaker Hill for 4 days with the high school students. There will be a spiritual challenge put in gear for the kids, and they will bond with their classmates and see their teachers on a whole new level. It is a great experience for them. This is Kyras Senior Year, so that is kinda sad, but exciting. She has big plans after high school, they just seem to change alot.
This weekend our plans are to get some camping in if we can get Dennis away from work. grrrrrr!
